We’re thrilled to share our contributions to the development of Zephyr Park, a state-of-the-art industrial and warehouse complex nestled on Rainham Road in Dagenham, Essex.

At Zephyr Park, our mission was to provide top-notch materials that ensured the site not only met but exceeded expectations. We supplied 2500m² of high-quality block paving, designed to withstand heavy use while maintaining a contemporary appearance. The paving featured contrasting colors specifically chosen to highlight disabled and electric vehicle parking bays, helping to make the site accessible and user-friendly for everyone.

Understanding the importance of environmental sustainability, we delivered permeable block paving to integrate seamlessly with the sustainable urban drainage systems (SUDS) in place. This crucial component helps manage surface water effectively, reducing flood risks and promoting environmental sustainability.

Safety and organization were important in our contributions. We also provided 46 robust wooden bollards, strategically placed to direct traffic and protect pedestrian zones. These bollards not only enhance safety but also contribute to the orderly flow of movement throughout the site, ensuring a well-organized and secure environment for all users.
